So relieved after having my brakes fixed and tires replaced. Having such great service on the island is such a huge deal, I am very glad to have everything taken care of without the stress of going off island. I am safely back on the road thanks to them and it was a excellent experience .

Jay was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing my 2014 VW Beetle’s problems. He helped me right away, was incredibly thorough, and did a lot of investigation to find the solution. It turned out to be something that can only be handled at a VW dealership, and he kindly directed me toward how best to find one (I’m from out of town). I highly recommend A1 Auto Friday Harbor!

My entire family are repeat customers. Jay is reliable and extremely capable. Every job we’ve needed has been completed quickly and at a reasonable price. We have brought him old and brand new vehicles, he’s had no trouble diagnosing troublesome problems as well as handling basic maintenance. Super friendly and once he gets some help on the floor it will be easier to schedule with him ;-)

I had an issue after having a service done at a mainland dealership, I took it to Jason and he saw that their were 2 transmission bolts backed out, and several others were loose. He ordered the parts and performed the repair. He was very straightforward and true to his word. We're definitely going back when the need arises.
